Downloadshield Movie

I downloaded a movie from this site and it downloaded a cue and bin file. I then expanded the file and it looks like a VCD file. 2 cd's required. For the life of me I cannot use any tool recommended via web surfing including Nero to burn a VCD that will work. Any suggestions. Thanks from a desperate Aussie trying to get a movie to work for his daughter.

You are supposed to burn the .bin file.
Don't use PMs for support questions.
