I can't find a source of information that gives me the rather basic level of information that I need. If anyone has done this and can share some information with me that would be great.
Mpeg-2 and Mpeg-4 video formats. Is there any licensing fees or similar a business that would make about 200 or so CDs with 2-4 videos on each would have to pay to use either format?
Video transcoded by VLC using those CODECs looks good, but I can't find a clear answer on line as to what if any the restrictions on the use of these formats is.
Everyone here has been great in answering my questions over the last week and I'd just like to take this time to thank all of you for the help you've given me.
