Install for Mandrake: It won't read my mandrake cd

Dear all,

I am trying to download and install videolan for Mandrake Linux 10.0. I followed the instructions and got the plf and contrib packages with the urpmi command. I then issued the command: urpmi libdvdcss2 libdvdplay0 wxvlc vlc-plugin-a52 vlc-plugin-ogg vlc-plugin-mad

Everything seems to go OK until:
Please insert the medium named "Installation CD 2 (x86) " on device [/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd]
Press Enter when ready...

So I insert my Mandrake LInux 10.0 Install CD #2 and hit enter then:
umount: /mnt/cdrom: device is busy
umount: /mnt/cdrom: device is busy
eject: unmount of `/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd' failed
Please insert the medium named "Installation CD 2 (x86) " on device [/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/cd]
Press Enter when ready...

Can anyone suggest what may be the problem here? What obvious detail am I forgetting here?

This seems like an OS issue not a VL issue
