No accelerated IMDCT transform found

hi folks,

I use Debian unstable on a P4 533 MHz with NVDIA FX5200. I apt-get-ed vlc and related files, but i am unable to c the video for any sort of media file. only the audio is fine. the vlc window goes blank... do help
