DVD Menu and VOB subtitles track

Hi! I searched this forum for my question but I could not find any answer.
VLC 0.7.1 Windows XP Pro, Streaming with UDP
VOB files are ext6racted from DVD with dvddecrypter.
My Questions:
1. DVD Menu does not work. How to make the menu work ?
2. When streaming the VOB, Subtitles Track can be selected, but no subtitle is diaplayed on the target PC. How do I enable subtitles ?
3. In the Settings, Prefferences,Modules, Text Renderer, there is Font Box.
Do I select Windows font in here ? I tried but it does not work.
