Paying for VideoLan in FreePlayer Kit ?!

Is it normal that VideoLan is included in ftp://ftp.free.fr/pub/freeplayer/Freepl ... 050701.zip kit, a player distribution for my freebox internet terminal , and for use it I have to accept the new terms of sale !!!!:evil: I hope that videolan team have very good contract with free ( French ISP ) source : http://adsl.free.fr/tv/freeplayer/

And yes, Free is nice with us. The developer is also a VideoLAN project member and he commits all the changes to svn. They also donated some hardware to VideoLAN (they could give more ... )
