Postby Guest » 27 May 2004 06:54

I`ve just installed Vlc 0.7.1a, but when i try to run the app. i get the message:
[[32;1m00000001[0m] main vlc error: [31;1moption rt-offset does not exist[0m
dyld: /Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/VLC Undefined symbols:
/Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/VLC undefined reference to _asctime_r expected to be defined in /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib
/Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/VLC undefined reference to _gmtime_r expected to be defined in /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

WHY? What can be done?

Thanks

it´s been tried. and it failed miserably. The thing is that I had Vlc installed and working for a year, up until yesterday, when it suddenly stopped running, so I tried all neew versions, but still no dice.

VLC 0.7.0 is the latest version that supports 10.1
