problem

i would like to install vlc but i have an error for the configure
" configure: error: Missing header file ffmpeg/avcodec.h."

what i must do to install vlc without any error ,,,,, PLEASE

Download and compile the ffmpeg library (ffmpeg.sf.net).
Then when compiling VLC, use the --with-ffmpeg-tree=PATH option for ./configure.
