If you want a VoD server, you should just put your files on a apache webserver (or something similar)

My answer should be read as:
VideoLAN is a program for creating and reading video streams. We do not put any effort in keeping a list of testservers.
We mostly just use our own servers.
Don't use PMs for support questions.
