vlc on mandrake 9.1

I really appreciate your work
I'm trying to install vlc on mdk9.1, with the procedure suggested in your site (I add your site to my sources for rpm).
But I cant find the package libdvdcss2, where is it? can I just install the pack for redhat from
http://www.videolan.org/pub/libdvdcss/1.2.8/rpm/redhat/?

Can I simply download all the files in http://www.videolan.org/pub/vlc/0.6.2/rpm/mandrake-9.1/ and install them (plus maybe libdvd)?
