Decoder

I like what I see with the software! Is the MPEG-2 decoder available as open source? I'm trying to build a VERY watered down MPEG-2 TS Player. I think I have the demux and I don't want to pay for a 3rd party decoder. Is it possible I could plugin the VLC decoder package?

VLC uses libmpeg2 available as open source for mpeg2 decoding. As long as your app is open source as well you can use it.
