Building libavcodec for WinCE

Hello all,

I'm trying to build libavcodec to a .lib for use in a WinCE 4 project developed with EVC. I was wondering if anyone here has done this, or if there is anyway to convert the provide .a to a .lib.

Any help would be appreciated,

this is the last place for help in vlan for wince - vlan for wince is only a poor joke.
