Nothing Works

I simply cant get this software to work. I have have tried all kinds of combinations but so far nothing seems to work at all. Does anyone know of the most simple way to set up the software for streaming video off a hauppage card (or even my logitech web cam for that matter) under Windows XP SP2 fully patched, and actually to receive any half decent video at the other end. Probably had 20 crashes and nothing more than a few green blobs at best....

Yep, I tried videolan a few times. I conculded it simply doesnt work. Does anyone know any settings whatsoever that allow you to send and receive on Win XP using vlc at either end over ADSL 1Mbps type network...

Either got nothing at all or just green or grey blobs
