I've just started to have problem playing mpeg files.
The first half plays ok but then it starts to skip, the picture freezes and the sound keeps on playing.
Even short clips start to freeze when halfway through.
Avi etc files play back ok and other media players play my mpegs fine too, the problems just with videolan and mpegs.
Ive tried reinstalling vlc and had a look at the faq about DMA but this hasnt helped.
