Problems with tonality: Blue faces!

Postby derobbis » 25 Jan 2005 15:16

Hi to everyone, I've got a problem.
All the movies played with VideoLan have the wrong tonality! All the people have blue faces! :D I tried to set manually the tonality but i can't give the right tonality. I reinstalled VideoLan e reinstalled divx codec. Divx player works well. I don't want to see only Smurfs
Help me (and sorry for my english)

your videocard drivers are probably incorrectly reporting their capabilities in some cases.

Search for "smurf" in the forum, i'm quite positive someone had the EXACT same problem before.

Thank you very much. I found this post viewtopic.php?t=4516&highlight=blue+face that suggested me to change the videocard resolution from 24 to 32 bit. Now all work correctly!! 8)
I want also to say: Videolan is the best!!!

I fixed this problem by changing color depth from 24-bit to 32-bit. (Matrox Millenium G450 video card)
