I was just wandering if there are any developers out there who have embedded VideoLan software inside another GUI ? If so how did you go about doing that. Thanks...

There are already plugins for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer, for instance.
VLC is in fact a software programming library (libvlc) which can be called from any program. One can also provide its own modules for say, interface, video output, etc.
