Only video to TV

I am trying to find some solution how to play only the video to TV (lets say put it on the S-VIDEO output).

Set your graphics card to clone mode, make the TV output the Primary, and tell VLC to play fullscreen.

(On some graphics cards, you need the TV output connected to a monitor before you can access/control how it is used)

Thank you for answer, but I know about this.

I thought something different , i.e: I play some video via VLC and I am not in the full screen mode, I have it in the right corner.
I am writing to you on the left side and the video that is being played is also on the S-VIDEO output (TV).
