VLC starts in Mac OSX 10.3.7 but only a 'VLC' menu !

VLC starts in Mac OSX 10.3.7 but only a 'VLC' menu !

VLC (0.8.1) starts in Mac OSX 10.3.7 but i only get a 'VLC' menu and nothing else!

No file menu.. nothing...

Anyone know whats going on with it? :?

Your preferences file got corrupted. Delete both "VLC" (a folder) and "org.videolan.vlc.plist" in your Preferences-folder (~/Library/Preferences) and try again. VLC should startup fine then.
