Please give more details about your operating system on which you would like to install VLC. If you answer in English, much more people can help you.

Please give more details about how you got stuck with VLC's installation at your side.
Did you try to install a binary version of VLC as described on the download page or did you try to compile VLC on your own? If you tried to do the latter one, did you read this document?
