VLC Files corrupted?

I've downloaded VLC 0.7.2 files (both .exe and .zip) and try to install on my Windows XP machine.
For the .exe file, it's said the File is corrupted and as for the .zip file, I'm using WinRar for extracting the .zip however it's also display the file corrupted message.

I've done this several times with different dowloaded files. Anybody here can help me ? pleaseee.....
