It is interesting, I am able to play some youtube videos using a simple Webcontrol in a windows form, yet with VLC not a single YT vid plays

The 2x speed when long press on interface is really nice. But in the two conditions, as soon as the interface is long press, and release the audio is muted both. I would like it to not to mute audio like YouTube video player.

Open Network streams still works as before, to open actual network streams. What does not work is opening web pages.

Thanks for your reply. If I understand correctly the VLC command "Open Network Stream" is no longer usable.
I am new to the forum, I will search for discussions on this topic.

YouTube is not supported with Lua as of last site updates. It might work with YT-DLP. See also other recent threads.
