We need a debug log from you to say why this is failing. Enable logging in the settings of VLC, try the playback and then provide us with the log that you find in the "logs" folder within the VLC directory accessible through the Files.app. Thanks!

Ok, it's working. Mostly user error. I created a second icecast with different ports for the video. All is good.
