Based on some posts and the RC help, I asume you can't change RSS settings on the fly (like the url). Am I right? 1 way to trick this could be to read the rss and parse it as a marquee text. but in my case i need both marquee (Title and remaining time) and rss feed displayed at the same time on the ...

note: In case some one wonder...: I don't know what in the settings caused this behavior or if the settings file was corrupted. If you have a similar problem try doing what i did.

so i solved the problem. i just had to reset all the settings to the default settings. i realized lot of the video effects didn't work. not just the OSD. once with the default settings the OSD worked normally.
