I'm using VLC 2.0.6 on windows with the Slick iPhone Skin. Frequently I'll see the full sized window and it's controls appear on top of full screen video. Any ideas how I might fix this? Here's what it looks like:

This is probably a stupid question but, where do I type command line commands into vlc? I'm running OSX. When I open up Terminal and type "vlc" I get "command not found". I don't see anywhere in the gui to that is an obvious place to type command line commands. help!!
