But not only at the beginning of the video, sometimes I have every 30 seconds a "pixelation" for about 3 seconds, so 10 % of the time I cannot enjoy a video!

But why didn't I EVER have problems with VLC v1.x.x? Have you changed anything important regarding those settings that you have mentioned? I have the same problem after updating from 1.1.4 to VLC 1.1.5, but then the bug even persists after uninstalling and going back to 1.1.4, although I didn't have any problem before with that version.

I have the same problem since updating to 1.1.5, even after uninstalling and going back to 1.1.4 the problem persists, i. e. the mouse cursor doesn't hide in fullscreen.
