VLC can't do much about it, I'm guessing. They can't moniter every forum on the internet to make them behave. The best way to fix the problem is probably to report it via email to VLC and hope they can do something about it. The other opinion would be boards like this to keep track of those sites in...
Recheck the encoding. Something is buggy there. While I don't understand the Thai language, I'm sure a bunch of ??? isn't good. Is the Thai language encoding from a good source?
Really? I'm surprised there isn't already a feature for that in PP already. Showing posts awaiting moderation would cut down on a lot of user bitching. I know all the forums like this, the moderators spend a lot of time settling these arguments / questions.
Sounds like a channel problem. Perhaps the set-up cables are partially pulled out as well? Sometimes that can screw up the audio. I know there's some sort of trick with music where you can pull out the vocal track, but that involved the stereo input.
