Not sure. The clips are supposed to be video surveillance clips from some vendor uncommon to the market.
What would be the information or key points to look at? Perhaps I can get them so as to facilitate this discussion.
I am trying to play H.264 clips of 1 fps, 5 fps, 6 fps and 25 fps. However, when I play the 25 fps clip, the timer is stuck at 00:00.
