I recently installed VLC for ipad. My OS is 4.2 The avi file plays video and background music, but I can't hear the dialogue between the actors. The xvid files are encoded with AC3 5.1, and my guess is that somehow the 5.1 is not converted to just 2-channel stereo on my ipad (play more than fine on ...
