I have the solution for the problem: The new dialog requires the @ within the address. the correct form for the example is: udp://@233.51.128.228:1234

I can't understand the confusion. But no matter. How do I open a network stream, that requires the protocol udp and the port 1234? The address udp://233.51.128.228:1234 doesn't work (anymore).

For me it's very annoying that the process of starting a network stream has changed. So far, it was easily possible to select the protocol and port. This is not now. Why the change?
