not sure how to upload the file, as for the message, i cant get it, as SOON as it starts playing, it crashes....cant get the message.....

Ok...sorry if this was already asked, but i am new here and did not see it anywhere. I am having probs with my VLC player. Everytime i try to play a MPEG-4 from my itunes....it crashes. I cannot play the movie on my itunes because it keeps freezing. any suggestions? BTW....i have the latest version ...
