I love VLC, but with this problem, the program is useless.

So like I wrote earlier, I tried BUZZ Player HD, and as far as I can tell, it works EXACTLY as well as VLC did prior to the issue, so... all good.

I can't help you with that, but I downloaded the app called BUZZ Player HD, and as far as I can tell, it does the job just as well.

I guess it's all academic now, I'm reading in the paper that VLC is likely to be pulled from iTunes app store due to copyright infringement claims by one of the authors.

I tried deleting VLC and downloading it directly on the iPad, and I also tried deleting VLC both on the computer and the iPad, then redownloading it on the PC through iTunes, and syncing it over to the iPad, and both failed to resolve the issue, unfortunately. The playback just stops after 2,3,4,5 m...

Let's fix this lads I'm super keen to watch some vids at work (heh)
