Same problem here. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and the only problem seems to be that when opening folders inside folders (or folders generally) VLC opens instead of the folder opening. I didn't change any preferences, just updated from 1.0.3. The only .exe that VLC opens for, besides the wind...
