I thint its ok when you remove all the entries... is your problem still exisistent??

ahh i see. But i think its not worth at all

windows build-in telnet client. I have to use putty instead?? from my java app it works like a charme, only when i set up manually it fails...

I had this problem as well, really strange, because sometimes its working and i can pass commands. Dont know what this is all about...
oldtelnet is always workin...
telnet sometimes

press start -> Run -> type %appdata%\vlc
and remove...

I thin its the other way round, he has 2 windows one with the video, one with the vizualition. And he dont want 2 windows and vizualization only when music is played.
So i think its an odd behaviour when u see 2 windows...

dont know if its possible, what u suggested. I had the same thoughts about telnet and made up my own panel where i can press a pause button and the video shows the pause icon to be clicked. Maybe its easier to do it yourself.

already known, try to close with ctrl +q.

VLC cant burn a dvd video disc. use third party software.

as far as i can see is your problem : the amin warning pts is out of range. PTS = Presentation time stamp.http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/PTS. i think u have to change the language at least to englisch in this url. But I am really not sure about this. Just a guess on my side

I just wanted to keep you guys on track: j-b tested my VPC Image and is finally able to reproduce the bug. Although we still have no idea what does the bug occur on some xp machines and others not, he now will be able to track the bug down. We all can sit and relax now and let the pros do the work....

U cant use third party codecs! VLc uses the interal codecs. So no wondering why nothing is happening.
