Ok, I'm sure I am missing something but I can seem to get VLC to jump to a specific time using the Playback menu. When I select Playback -> Jump To Time nothing happens. I had no issues with this prior to 2.1.0 and this is happening on all my Macs.

Any ideas?

Since removed 2.0...

Any chance your m4v's have embedded subtitles? when I try to load an m4v file into VLC for iPad when subtitles are present VLC crashes after launching. It appears to be attempting to render a thumbnail but crashes about a second after launch.
