VLC uses hardcoded boundary: 7b3cc56e5f51db803f790dad720ed50a

So forget your custom boundary string and try:
--sout-http-mime="multipart/x-mixed-replace;boundary=--7b3cc56e5f51db803f790dad720ed50a"
