Well I am going back to 1.1.1 since I need this. I can't wait for them to fix it in 1.1.4 if ever.

I use this option a lot. I hope they will look into this ASAP.

Hi There I am experiencing a problem with the current version of VLC v1.1.3.0. When a right-click and go Open Media> Open Folder> select my folder containing videos in both current and sub folders. The VLC will not play the videos. I did not experience this problem before it always worked just fine....
