updated my video card drivers an no change disabled all svc hosts still no change what i can't understand is why it was working perfectly a few weeks back and all of a sudden it started to play laggy i thought it might have been all the rubbish installed on my pc thats why i formatted it ,my process...

will update my card drivers first cheers !!!

forgot to say using windows xp ,also dont know if this helps but if i slow the video down by 25% it plays a lot better
