I just don`t understand why this is not in Vlc right from the begining.. it just makes so much sense ( to me any how)

will the ability of auto monitor folders in your media library, ever be available in Vlc? or is it already? This would truly be the best new add-on for Vlc. My media library changes every day or at the least every week, forcing me to delete the current media library and re-add the media folder, too ...

are you sure it`s not fake file?
did u create it? or did you get it from safe place?

i had the same issue make sure after you uninstall go back to manually delete all vlc files, easy way to do this in win7 is to do a search in your C drive for vlc , once thats done you should be good to go. C:\Program File (x86), C:\Users\aL\AppData\Roaming possibly other places i run win7 64bit ult

ok next step i can think of of.. is to force the detection of your tv.. now this depends on your graphics card if its ati just right click on your desktop and click on ati catalyst then go to display you should see it there.. for Nvidia should be similar i find it odd that your plasma tv does not ha...

well i was gona test your issue but i can`t seam to start the new vlc after installation.. i get Application error >"the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005) " Guess it back to vs 0.9.9 (the only 1 that i dont have full screen issue with.)

I had to uninstall vs 1.1.2 .. and it was hard lol i tried 4 Vs before i decide to check: help>about only to find out that it was still vs 1.1.2 i had to manually delete: program86x\VideoLan\ -delete it all... but ya 1.0.5 works fine for me also i was wonder...

same here started happen in the last month or so, its very odd and hard to get ride of it. hitting esc works most of the time but i have had few times now that nothing works, also if u try to bring up task manager and it happens to be behind the full screen vlc you can`t see it or move it making it ...

Well this has nothing to do with Vlc ... But if your on a laptop i suggest you just hook up ur tv to you laptop threw s-video cable, much better would be Dvi cable but since you gave us very lil info to go on.. it hard to help you out. question for you have you ever hook up A computer to a t.v? what...
