I have some burned DVDs,both -R and +R. VLC can't open either,I have the latest VLC version.Plays commercial DVDs fine.Any suggestions?Win XP Pro 64.

Ditto-Had no problems until the "update"...If it ain't broke,don't fix it!

I can play commercial DVDs with simple DVD box checked,but can't play burnt DVDs,just DVD-R.What's the deal?The log is of no help to me,I don't want to go messing around in the registry.

I'm having the same issue,I did the update the other day and now I can't get any DVD to play.
