I'm using Epiphan VGA capture card VGA2PCIe and is working fine. Just that the aspect ratio will be in correct when I display locally using directshow. No idea what happen too. I have to manually change the aspect ratio to get it right. Using Windows XP with VLC 1.1.0.

I'm very interested on what is the outcome. Can someone share your experience on this? Thank you so much.
I'm also looking at streaming at low latency < 1 Second, bandwidth is also not an issue.
