--rrd-file is almost fine for me. Only number of connections (streaming clients) is missing. Do you know if this option will be implemented?

Can I dump in log file the statistics related with the client connections, total speed served and maybe other usefull info?
I plan to view all these counters in MRTG.
I saw the httpd.c and vlc_messages.h has some stats functions, but I don't know how to get these.

I got some hints from Meuuh and is working like this: 1. mkfifo /tmp/fifo.avi 2. start ffmpeg: ffmpeg -r 0.5 -i /var/www/images/old/%03d.jpg -vcodec msmpeg4 -s 640x480 -r 2 -b 100 -y /tmp/fifo.avi -loop (images are in the format 001.jpg, 002.jpg ....) 3. start vlc server: /usr/local/bin/vlc -vvv -I ...

Hello, can somebody give me an example for this feature? I can't make this working. Of course, MJPEG as input is working, but it will be great to work also with images from a server.
