Thanks for that. Yup, it's displaying images at 30 fps when inverted but this drops to 15-20 fps when rotated to be the right way round. Would any one have any tips on how this could be improved (other than re-encoding the video)? The video card I have is a "Nvidia GeForce GT 230M 1GB video car...
