I have successfully created an audio only file. File size is 3.70 GB any suggestions for how to get it to you or how to post it?

Any ideas on how to perform a manual fix??

Ic your point. I personally ripped this blu-ray to the hard drive myself using DVDfab. I only enabled the DTS Master 7.1 soundtrack so if VLC is identifying it as a 5.1 soundtrack there must be some sort of down sampling happening somewhere. Any ideas for a solution or fix? Does VLC even support 7.1...
