When I tried to upgrade on my XP laptop after checking for new versions, it downloaded 1.11, but it would not install, saying there was a cryptographic error, download deleted. I have the same problem. Sometimes part of a sentence is displayed, sometimes just a word or part of one. Other times no text or the text displayed is totally unrelated to the dialog. The subtitles play OK on other media players and DVD players. (Windows 7 Professional, 2.1GHz AMD Athlon X2 DualCore...

Is there some way to change subtitles from ALL CAPITALS to sentence format, with all but the first letter of a sentence in lower-case?

Is there a setting that auto-hides all the toolbars etc to create a minimal interface after a few seconds of playback and then returns them to the screen when the mouse is moved or clicked? I thought there was one but can't find it - or maybe it's something that's part of a different player.
