You are really beating your head against the wall here. I had the same problem with my core2 duo 7200 system 2x2ghz. It just does not have the cpu power to decode. Hi. TS files will not play if there is a matching .srt subtitle file or .sub or .txt There may be more extensions. Those files will be ignored and the file will play if you use the --no-sub-autodetect-file option but you will get no subtitles. See bug reports 3075 and 3516.

I get the same log and inability to play with vlc rtp://@232.0.1.29:8200 on my W7-64bit system so it looks like there is no stream being sent. What system are you getting the stream on?
