Under Advanced in the same window, make sure that video input chroma format is UYVY and that Tuner properties is checked (this lets you select a channel). I have the exact same issue: same card, same config, same error.

It isn't working in ProgDVB but it works in MediaPortal through BDA just fine. Surely there is a way, but I am not having any luck getting it to work.
