Sorry, didn't quite get what you meant. I want to change the time jump value "only" when you put your mouse over the progress/seeker? bar and use the mouse scroll wheel. None of the options changes this. Sorry if I am not making it clear.

Right now when you put the mouse over the video or progress bar you can jump forward/backward and control the volume with the mousewheel. Is there any way to tweak these values?
