Could we get a set of instructions on how to make the directX wallpaper work on version 1.1.0 with Vista Home Premium 32 bit, including problem shooting?

Do we have an "ETA" on version 1.1.0?

I have 3 Vista computers and 2 XP computers. I can get directX wallpaper to work on one Vista computer and one XP computer. The rest of them just turn the desktop black.
