I had been using nightly builds and had the same problem. Then I was told to downgrade to 1.1.4 and I have the same problem with 1.1.5 and 1.1.6.

yes. yes. Windows 7 64x. Running Video and audio through hdmi from my video card to my sony receiver to my tv.

My audio has been skipping or dropping randomly on all of my MKVs that have surround sound on them. Now all of my avi's will randomly freeeeeze and then resume after about 10 seconds of a loud repeating line in the movie. Please help.

That still doesn't work. I reset everything and I still get audio drops a few times each movie or TV show! I read something in these forums about vlc not taking enough resources so its like the PC just kind of goes to sleep and lets the audio drop... What?

Is there a resume feature in VLC that can be turned on? So when I stop a movie in the middle it will start automatically where I left off on it.

I want a fullscreen seek bar that stretches the whole screen. Has anyone figured it out?

I went to the playlist and it is blank and it only allows me to add a file or folder... I want VLC to close automatically after every movie.

I want VLC to close after the movie has finished playing. The program I used before (MPC) had this option and it was awesome.
