You didn't compile VLC with Decklink SDK.
re-compiile VLC with this option : --with-decklink-sdk=DIR, where DIR is the location of Blackmagic DeckLink SDI SDK.
You can find Blackmagic SDK on their website.

start by removing --daemon on the command line !

I used a lot of Acquisition Cards/Box to stream a live source :

- HDPVR
- Blackmagic Decklink SDI
- Hauppauge Nova-TD-500
